• Contact form enquiries — your name and email address are used solely to respond to your enquiry about our services. This information is not used for any other purpose.
• Mailing list — your email address is used to send you post updates and subscriber emails from meliaestudio.com only. Your details will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any other individual or organisation.

Third party processors

We use the following third party services to process your data on our behalf:

• Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC) — used to manage our mailing list and send subscriber emails. Mailchimp stores your email address on our behalf. You can view Mailchimp’s privacy policy at: mailchimp.com/legal/privacy
• Contact Form 7 — used to power our contact form on this website. Data submitted through the contact form is processed and sent directly to us by email and is not stored by Contact Form 7 by default.

Lawful basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, the lawful basis we rely on for processing your personal data is Consent.

By completing the contact form or subscribing to our mailing list, you are consenting to us processing your personal data for the sole purpose stated above. You are not consenting to your data being used for any other purpose, or shared with any other individual or organisation.

• Mailing list — we retain your email address until you unsubscribe from our mailing list
• Contact form enquiries — we retain your name and email address for as long as is necessary to respond to and resolve your enquiry, after which it is deleted
